What does NihaoVid do?
NihaoVid translates videos with AI: speech recognition, translation, bilingual subtitles, and studio-style dubbing — so you can reach new audiences faster.
How do I get started?
1. Sign in with email OTP from the homepage or login page.
2. Open your Dashboard, upload a video, and pick a target language.
3. Confirm length and billing, then submit — processing usually takes 5–15 minutes.

Is there a welcome bonus?
Yes. New accounts receive welcome credits (enough for roughly 15 minutes of video) so you can try your first translation without a credit card.
How does billing work?
Top up from the Pricing page or dashboard. Credits do not expire. Standard rate is $1.0 / minute of video length; packages offer better effective rates. Make sure your balance is sufficient before submitting.
Which video formats are supported?
Common formats such as MP4 and MOV are supported. Use clear audio when possible. If upload fails, try a smaller MP4 (H.264) file.
How long does processing take?
Most jobs finish within 5–15 minutes; long videos or peak times may take longer. The dashboard shows stages: queue → ASR → translation → dubbing → render.
What is voice cloning?
With voice cloning enabled, AI keeps your original tone and style so the dubbed version sounds more like you speaking the target language.
What if a task fails?
If a task fails due to a platform issue, credits are automatically refunded to your balance. If you see “re-upload required”, check your source file and try again.
