This Refund Policy applies to prepaid credits, packages, and usage-based digital services offered on NihaoVid (nihaovid.com). By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.
1. Nature of the service
NihaoVid provides online AI video translation, dubbing, and subtitle software services. Prepaid credits are virtual digital goods. Once credits are used to process a task, the service is considered delivered.
2. Refund rules
2.1 General rule: Except as listed below, refunds are not available for consumed or used credits.
2.2 Eligible refunds:
- Duplicate or clearly erroneous charges caused by a platform system failure, verified and refunded to your wallet balance or original payment method;
- Tasks that fail due to platform-side issues, with corresponding credits automatically returned to your account balance;
- Other cases required by applicable law.
3. Non-refundable cases
- Tasks that were submitted, started, or completed successfully;
- Failures caused by user content, unsupported formats, or user-side network issues;
- Credits already used for normal consumption;
- Promotional or welcome bonus credits (unless otherwise stated).
4. How to request a review
For billing disputes, contact us via the site footer or email conanwwolan@gmail.com with your registered email, order ID, and a brief description. We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.
